Lysiane is a JSB management development consultant and trainer. She has particular expertise in performance management, team building, customer care, communication skills, interviewing and appraisals and assessment centre design. Her clients span a wide range of organisations in both the private and the public sector, including a number of professional firms and partnerships such as Allen and Overy, Fladgate Fielder, Macfarlanes and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
Lysiane has a degree in European History. She worked extensively for Marks & Spencer in human resources, gaining experience particularly in recruitment and training, retail systems and IT support.
Lysiane is also a corporate member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Dr Diane Hodgson has over 25 years’ experience of facilitating, training and coaching. She specialises in executive coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills, equality and diversity and mediation. She has been helping lawyers and barristers prepare for judicial appointments and for ‘Silk’ since the introductions of the new selection processes.
Diane also works with the Inns of Court training interviewers for scholarships. She has run group sessions at that Bar council and the Law Society as well as presenting at related conferences. She has worked with a wide range of clients in the UK and Europe, including regulatory bodies, professional services firms, universities, new media and communications, as well as barristers’ chambers.
